Q.2:Who PAYS FOR SHIPPING & HOW DO WE GET THINGS BACK TO YOU?

Answer:

Planet Soccer pays for shipping to your event, and you pay for return shipping. We ask that you use UPS for return shipping, and keep all original boxes to facilitate an easy reship... .this service has had a very reliable record of error free shipping... ...PS ... .Planet Soccer will even pay for return shipping in the first year of business ... this allows you to evaluate the program totally risk free ... simply save a receipt for reship amount, and include with the paper work. ... ..They will send you a check by return mail, to reimburse your shipping cost ... .you may if you wish,simply deduct the cost of shipping from the balance owed, and indicate so on the paperwork, and final check.

Q.3:DO WE HAVE TO PUT PRICES ON THINGS & FIGURE OUT HOW TO DISPLAY THINGS?

Answer:

Q.4: HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT TO ORDER?

Answer:

Our staff uses the profile of your event.....( i.e ... the number of teams ......the age groups ... .. the gender ratio etc ... .)and of course many years of experience in providing and preparing these pre-packs for tournaments......... We like to think by now , they know what they are doing.Shipping to hundreds and hundreds of different soccer tournaments all over this country and Canada, every season, means they have a pretty good idea, what is selling in different types of tournaments, in different parts of the country.......... ..of course they only got that smart, by dealing with thousands of different soccer tournament people , over the years, and taking their suggestions and advice seriously ... ... ... .so all your input and requests for specific items and quantities, is considered and accommodated in many instances ... . ... after all ... ...the last thing we want them to do, is send you anything which is not going to sell, or not enough of what is going to sell... ... ...because if YOU don't make enough money,then WE won't make enough money ... and then, they won't make any money .......that's the nature of the guaranteed sale deal ... it's a "Catch 22" situation for everyone but you !

Q.5:HOW DO WE KEEP TRACK OF THINGS?

Answer:

A simple one sheet invoice /shipping document ( see the document sheet ) is included with the shipment.As you can see, this will have a column listing the quantity shipped, with two adjacent columns, to fill in the quantity returned, and then the quantity sold ... the per line sales are then computed, and the Total retail Sales at the bottom. The tournament simply keeps 40% of these total retail dollars and ensures a check for the balance is included in the returned package.

...( please inventory items on arrival and make any changes that reflect any errors on our part ... .we have had so few problems with this over the years, that we simply suggest you make any changes you consider appropriate to the invoice, and we will accept your word on the copy returned after the event ... .

Q.6:HOW MUCH MERCHANDISE DO YOU SEND?

Answer:

We send a typical 100 team tournament $ 3000 - $ 4000 of merchandise.Factors that affect sales are quite case specific.Contact us for more precise estimates if you wish.

However generally these factors are, efficiency of organization, motivation, and willingness to keep the merchandise on display, in good view at all times ... we have on occasions had tournaments explain that "... oops! we forgot, and things sat in the MINI-VAN over the week-end ".. ... or as on one occasion it had been commented, "there were too many people interested, and we just decided to put it all under the table ??!!".

... Apart from these factors which are under your control, there is Mother Nature... ..her fickle moods no one can predict...but that's why it A ZERO RISK! !!!!

Over the decade,the facts show that 90% of tournaments that try the program stay with the program year after year.

Q.7: HOW MUCH DOES THE TOURNAMENT KEEP?

Answer:

It's very simple ... ..the tournament keeps 40% of ALL the total retail sales from merchandise sold... ... this means Planet Soccer will, in good faith, send your tournament committee or the delegated person, several thousands of dollars of the best selling soccer items, pre-packaged , pre-priced and in displays ready to go on sale at your event, right to their home or the club soccer office, by UPS . ... . Nothing gets paid for, until after the event , and then only the items which have been sold ... .. as much lead in time on confirmation is appreciated , and while the shipping department have on occasion worked with as little as 7 days notice, they seem to get less stressed if you can let them know 4 - 6 weeks in advance.
